Our rates (per dog)
Overnight Guests
Daily Rate: €30.00
Drop-off Day: Charged at the full daily rate.
Pick-up Day: Free of charge if picked up by 12:00 PM. For later pick-ups, a discounted daily rate of €20.00 applies.
Long-stay Discount: We offer a 5 % discount on the total bill (excluding additional costs) for stays of 21 days or longer.
Daycare Guests (No Overnight Stay)
Daily Rate: €20.00
Hours: Mon – Sat: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Sundays: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Additional Costs
Housebreaking: Your dog must be house-trained. In the event of repeated accidents (urination/defecation, documented via video), or if a dog goes into heat (estrus) during their stay, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of €2.00 per day.
Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than eight days before the scheduled drop-off date, a fee of 50 % of the total booking price will be charged.
Early Pick-up: If you collect your dog before the agreed-upon date, the full price for the original booking period remains due.
Payment: Full payment of all costs is due in cash upon collection of your pet.
Our rates include feedings, playtime in the garden, forest walks, and the administration of medication if needed. You will also receive regular updates and photos via WhatsApp, and, of course, as many cuddles as possible!
With us, your beloved pet will never be locked in a kennel, a separate room, or a crate. Your dog is free to move throughout the entire house with 24/7 family and pack integration.
Requirements
Insurance & Health: You must have valid liability insurance for your dog. They must be up to date on all vaccinations, and we highly recommend they be microchipped, registered, and treated for ticks. The vaccination record (pet passport) must be left with us for the duration of the stay.
Behavior: Your dog should be able to stay alone for 2–3 hours in exceptional cases and must be socialized (get along well with other dogs).
Comfort & Diet: To ensure your pet feels at home, please bring their own blanket or bed, as well as their regular food.
Restrictions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept “listed” breeds (restricted breeds), dogs classified as dangerous, unneutered males, or females in heat.
Meet & Greet: You must bring your dog to a free “get-to-know-you” session so we can meet and assess them. These appointments are available by arrangement, Monday through Friday.
- Hygiene & Peace: We only accept well-groomed dogs. Your pet must be house-trained and, out of respect for our neighbors, should not be a continuous barker.
